Consultancy - Middle East

We are looking for Project Management Leads, C-IED/EOD and Capability Development consultants for potential contracts in the Middle East later in the year. Programme Manager

The Programme Manager (PM) is responsible for engaging with the client, directing and ensuring all aspects of services to enable the organisation to successfully plan, supervise and execute the Programme in accordance with contractual requirements. 

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of military experience, with directly related experience training foreign military personnel and/or units at the battalion or brigade level
  • Relevant military operations or training experience in the last five years
  • Proven track record of effective stakeholder management at an organisational level
  • Directly related experience with standard contract, financial and management practices and procedures, ideally within the field of overseas programming
  • Training or operational experience in the Middle East
  • Attainment of OF-5 or higher
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
  • Arabic speaker

Deputy Programme Manager

The Deputy Programme Manager (DPM) is responsible for assisting the PM to direct all aspects of contractual services to enable the organisation to successfully plan, supervise and execute the Programme in accordance with contractual requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of military experience
  • Directly related experience with standard contract, financial and management practicrs and procedures within the field of overseas programming
  • At least 2 years capability development expertise, ideally obtained in staff branches such as Army HQ, DE&S or DEODS
  • Training or operational experience in the Middle East
  • Relevant military operations or training experience in the last five years
  • Attainment of OF-4 or higher
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

EOD/IEDD Capability Development Leads

The EOD/Search and IEDD Capability Development Leads (CDL) are responsible for working with the programme and the client to define the requirement, subsequently producing and delivering the X-DLOD capability development plan in accordance with the desired results of the programme.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of IEDD, Search and/or EOD experience within the British Army
  • At least two years capability development expertise, ideally obtained in staff branches such as Army HQ, DE&S or DEODS
  • Relevant overseas training or operational experience in the last five years
  • Training or operational experience in the Middle East
  • Attainment of grade OF-3 and higher
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
